Client's Basement Renovation Project services include but were not limited to plans, furniture reuse, furniture recommendations, Optimization of space utilization and storage. This renovation project included an initial consultation and site visit to the location for the initial planning and confirmation of the client's needs given for the project scope. Communication throughout the decision making process over a year to assist in the client's project needs and budget. The Basement Renovation project began as an unfinished basement and is now a finished basement to their specifications. Plans were in place for the contractor to work from including construction plans with lighting, electrical, and plumbing. Furniture plans provided the client and contractor the ability to relate the space to their current furniture as well as proposed new furniture (Still pending to arrive to complete this space).
Master Bathroom Renovation

Planning, Rendering, and Visualization
Client's "DIY / Do it Yourself" Master Bathroom Renovation Project services include but were not limited to plans, 3-D concept renderings, and visualizations of existing and proposed. An initial site visit to the location was conducted for the initial planning and confirmation of the client's sketch given for the project scope. Communication throughout the decision making process to assist in the client's choices of products, materials, and finishes. A showroom visit to make final decisions of materials and finishes. The intention of the visit was to view sample finishes of materials. We found discrepancies in the product previously recommended to the client as it did not fit the aesthetic of the space. We were able to determine multiple alternatives to meet the needs and aesthetics of the space. The client is currently awaiting the arrival of materials to start their DIY.
Bathroom & Kitchen Renovation

Planning and Optimization
Client's "DIY / Do it Yourself" Renovation Project services include material planning and selections as well as Optimization of space utilization and storage. The scope of work included Bathroom and Kitchen. This home was in need of some attention as the "bones" were good but needed the attention of a renovation on the surface level and a good clean. The Bathroom included new flooring, tiling, fixtures, vanity with sinks and storage, lavatory, and lighting. The existing tub, walls, and ceiling received a fresh coat. The Kitchen included new appliances, sink, fixtures, cabinet hinges, and hardware or pulls. The existing cabinets, ceiling, and walls received a fresh coat. Several sessions including site visits and material selection sessions allowed this DIY Project be completed. The client completed their DIY renovations and are enjoying their transformed spaces.

Paint Planning & Calculation

Client's "DIY / Do it Yourself" Paint Project services include paint color selections and calculations. The scope of work included Master Bedroom, Basement/Living Room, Office, and Guest Bedroom. The client recently moved in and wanted to put their touch on their new home. They were happy with some of their existing paint colors but other rooms didn't meet the aesthetic and created dark-uninviting spaces. Their existing furniture, decor, and lighting were to remain. An afternoon session at the house was able to make all the selections for the rooms in the scope of work. Per request time was allocated to calculate the approximate amounts of each paint color needed for the rooms. The client completed their DIY painting and are happy with the paint color selections.
